Merged Text

Allows users to create a merged text using two or more values.

Field creation properties:

• Label: To display on UI

• Name: To save at backend, instance prefix will append in case of custom object

• Merge Text: You can merge two or more values using merge text and show this in the UI. Values come from objects, values set or it can be hard coadded string, these values will not be saved in the database this will calculate at every query

• Populate For Existing: If you are creating this field on the object where records already exist so you can set whether the new field will be applicable for existing records or from the new record is created after the field creation

• Help Text: This text will be visible at the top right corner of the field as a popover

• Description: You can give the description of the field while creation

  • Queryable: Query can be performed on this field
