Delete Records
Overview
Delete Records used to delete the existing records
There are three source types from which you can Delete Records
Object
Variable
Model
Attributes
Config
Source Type: There are three Delete Records Source using which you can use the Delete Records action i.e.
Object
Model
Variable
Object: If you select the source type as Object, then you have to select the object from which you can delete the record
Model: If you select the source type as Model, then select the model from the drop down list
Variable: If you select the source type as Variable, then select the variable from the drop down list
How many records to delete: If you select the source type as Object, then select the radio button to get single or multiple records.
Delete Specific Records: If you want to delete specific records then you can apply filter accordingly, If the checkbox is checked then you will be able to apply custom filter to get records deleted
Key Field: Using key fields you can delete specific records by using their field name
Action Details
Label: Label is used to identify the Create Records at UI
Name: Name is the unique identifier of the Action
Description: Description is information about the workflow action
Input
Label: Label is used to identify the Input Variable at UI
Name: Name is the unique identifier of the Input Variable
Field Type: Select the field type
Required: If the checkbox is checked, then Input Variable Field will be required
Is Array?: If the checkbox is checked, then Input Variable Field will be stored in an array
Default Value: Specify the default value for the input variable
Delete Records Creation
Create a Workflow Workflows
Drag and drop the Delete Records
Provide a field name in the Key Field
Give appropriate Label and Name
Click On Save
Return to the Layout Page
