Instance management

An Admin of the instance can manage the instance information, activate or deactivate and delete the instance.

• Instance information change: After an instance creation, the admin can update the following information:

  • Instance Label

  • Company Name

  • Address

  • Logo

  • Retention Period

  • Communication Channel

• Activate and Deactivate: If the instance is not in use for sometimes then the admin of the instance can Deactivate it and Activate it back

• Delete Instance: Admin can initiate the deletion for the instance. After instance delete initiation all the admins of that instance will get notified. Instance and all the data related to that instance will be get deleted after 30 days of the initiation, this action is not reversible. Instance deletion can be stopped within 30 days.
