How to Create a Recalculation Record:
Click the 'New' button to perform a new recalculation.

Select the rollup for which you want to perform recalculation. In Rollups Package V3.6 and above, recalculation record will be automatically created after creation of rollup record.
Note: If no rollups are created, click here to learn how to create a new rollup.
Provide the Batch Size.
Note: The default batch size is 200. Users can change the batch size up to 2000. For more information, please check the Batch Size section in the rollup documentation.
You can add multiple filter conditions and add custom logic to recalculate specific records.

Here, the user can add the custom filter based on the destination object of the rollup.
For Example, if a user has 100 Account records and user wants to show the recalculation result only on active accounts, he can filter out the records using the custom filter.
You can click 'Save' to save the recalculation record, or click 'Save & Run' to save and immediately run the recalculation for the selected rollup.
Note: After successfully creating a recalculation record, several options will be available. Please check the Recalculation Actions section for more information.
After successful running a recalculation, an email will be sent to your registered email Id, conveying status of Rollup Calculation Process including total number of records, successful as well as failed records.
