  • User license gets created when the scope of the feature is the user

  • For example, Timesheet product has been subscribed by the subscriber with a license [{name: "orektic__timesheetUser", users: 10} then it indicates after subscription one license record will get created but when the subscriber assigns that license to 10 users, the user licenses will get created for those 10 users

  • One Feature with a scope user can not be assigned to two different users
