View Attachment

FTP Attachments® package comes with the custom link “View” which is used to view the file in the FTP Attachments®. It is illustrated with the example given below

• Make sure you have created the custom link button “View” and added it to the FTP Attachments® Layout.

• Search for the object to which you attached the file.

• Click on the attachment in the FTP Attachments® related list section, which you want to view.

• Click on the “View” link button in the FTP Attachments® screen. This will open the Download page for the attachment.

• When your file gets downloaded, click on “Close” to close the download page.
