After successfully creating a rollup, the following row actions will be available:
Action Name | Description |

Show Versions | This option will display a list of versions for your rollup. Reference: Show Versions |
Edit | This option will allow you to edit or modify the rollup. Note: Source Object, Destination Object, Label and the hierarchy of objects cannot be modified in the rollup. However, you can make other changes in different versions, such as adjusting filters or changing the source, destination field. |
Delete | Permanently remove the rollup from the list. |
Recalculate | The Recalculate functionality allows users to perform a rollup operation on legacy data. This action ensures that historical records are updated with the latest rollup results, providing accurate and consistent data across all records. Note: This action is only enabled when the rollup is active. Reference: Recalculations |
