In PWR Rollups, you can create and manage multiple versions of a single rollup. At any given time, only one version can be activated, allowing you to implement changes without losing previous configurations. If you make modifications and create a new version of a rollup, the older versions are still preserved. You can revert to any previous version by activating it as needed.
This version control feature maintains a history of all changes, enabling you to switch between different configurations based on your requirements at any given time.
Once the object structure is defined and saved in PWR Rollups, it cannot be changed. This means that the Source Object, Destination Object, and the hierarchy of objects cannot be modified in any subsequent versions of the rollup. However, you can make other changes in different versions, such as adjusting filters or changing the source, destination field.
Within your list of created rollup versions, you can perform the following actions:
Action Name | Description |
|---|---|
Edit | Make changes to the settings or configurations of an existing rollup version. Note: You cannot modify the object hierarchy in this action. |
Delete | Permanently remove a rollup version from your list. |
Activate/Deactivate | Enable or disable a rollup version based on your needs. |
