Show History
In this section, you can view the history of your rollup recalculations. It displays the status of each recalculation, indicating whether it is pending, processed, or if there were any errors. Additionally, you can see the number of times the recalculation has been performed, including the count of records processed and any records that failed during recalculation.
This information helps track the success and frequency of recalculations, providing a clear overview of the rollup's operational history and any issues encountered during the process. This view provides detailed information about each recalculation record, including the following details:

Retry Failed Records
In this section, after a recalculation, you can view any records that were not processed or failed. Failures can occur for various reasons, such as conflicts or failures with other automation systems in your organization, like flows, triggers, etc. If there are failed records, you will have the option to Retry. Clicking on this option will initiate the recalculation process again, but only for the failed records. This feature allows you to address issues and ensure that all records are accurately processed, providing updated results accordingly.
Export Failed Records
This action allows users to export a detailed list of records that failed during the rollup process in CSV format. The exported file contains error messages and other relevant information to help identify the cause of the failure. By reviewing these records, users can troubleshoot issues, make necessary corrections, and ensure smooth execution of the rollup process in future attempts. This feature is particularly useful for resolving data inconsistencies or configuration errors that prevent rollups from being processed correctly.
