Here, the user can select a value from various sources.

1. Static: This field is fixed, simply manually enter the values.

2. Record Field: Use values from fields in Salesforce records.

3. Custom Metadata: Use custom metadata records to assign values.

4. Custom Settings: Use custom setting records to assign the values.

This is a read-only field that shows the data type of the field.
