Show Versions | This option will display a list of versions for your rollup.

Edit | This option will allow you to edit or modify the rollup. infoNote: Source Object, Destination Object, Label and the hierarchy of objects cannot be modified in the rollup. However, you can make other changes in different versions, such as adjusting filters or changing the source, destination field. | ||
Clone | Creates a duplicate of the current rollup configuration for easy reuse.

Publish | Generates a static resource of the rollup, allowing seamless deployment to another Salesforce org, such as from sandbox to production.

Activate/Deactivate | Activate or deactivate the status of a rollup | ||
Delete | Permanently remove the rollup from the list. |

Note: If user has created a custom field for rollup through the create field button, then after deleting the rollup, field will remain as it is and wouldn’t get affected by deletion of rollup. | |||
Recalculate | The Recalculate functionality allows users to perform a rollup operation on legacy data. This action ensures that historical records are updated with the latest rollup results, providing accurate and consistent data across all records. Note: This action is only enabled when the rollup is active.
