docuWeaver comes with a lightning component which you can use to store and manage your Files from salesforce. This component you can add it to the following places

  • Lightning Record Page

  • Digital Experience Record Page

  • Screen Flows

In this component, you can find various options such as:

  1. Folder Structure: This section contains the Folders which can be used to organize your files within it. You can create multiple folders with multiple hierarchy.

  2. Content Display Area:

Attributes

Description

Name

This represents the name of the folder or file.

Storage

This represents the storage server where the folders or files will be stored.

Type

This represents the whether this is actual file or the folder.

Date Modified

This represents the date when the last changes were made to the file or folder.

Size

This represents the size of the file or folder.

  1. Create New Folder: This option helps you to create new folder within the component to upload within that folder

  2. Folder Search: This option helps you find out the folder within the component in the record. You can search the folder with folder name.

  3. Upload Files: This option helps you to upload file by selecting single or multiple files after clicking this button.

  4. or Drop Files: This option helps you to drag and drop to upload single or multiple files on to the server thought the component.

  5. Search Files: This option helps you to search by the name of the files within the folder.

    1. Refresh: Update the folder to reflect the latest files/data

    2. Reset Column Width: This option resets the column width to its original size when it has been increased.
