Reference: What is Model?

Steps to create a Variable:

  1. Open noKodr app from App Launcher.

  2. From Setup page select New button and create a layout of type your business needs.

  3. After creating a layout, open it, navigate to the Building Blocks section, and select Models to configure the layout.

Note: If you have created Record Layout, you will have some predefined model which will be immutable in nature.

For example, we have created Record Layout specifying Account as object. Thus, we can see account as Model.

  1. Click on + button, to open new model creation screen.

  1. Fill the details Type, Object, Label, Name, Record Count, Is Shared?, Offset, Limit, Order By, Do Not Auto Query. As well as, if you need to specify fields to be considered while creation of model, it can be done from Fields tab and if you need filter criteria on the basis of which model will reflect records can be set up in Criteria tab.

Note: Specifying Fields and specifying Criteria is optional.

  1. Click on the Save button.
