Record Object | This represents the object for which the configuration is created. The object is already selected for record page type, as it was chosen during the initial configuration. Record to Preview | This feature allows users to select an object record to see how the progress bar NPS will appear in the preview section after making changes. Note: This field is not available if the user selects 'applicable for Non-Record Page' in the configuration. | ||
Question | Here, you can define you question for your NPS survey, you can put it as static or you can get the question from various sources.

Response Reason Question | This field allows users to provide additional context or details regarding their response. It helps in understanding the reasons behind the given rating. | ||

Reason | This setting allows the user to select the field where the reason for the rating will be stored. This field captures any additional context or details provided by the customer regarding their rating. | ||
Detractors | Detractors are respondents who are dissatisfied with the product or service and may provide negative feedback. This option includes all values from the picklist of the selected object configuration, and you can choose multiple values as detractors. | ||
Passive | Respondents categorized as Passives are generally satisfied with the product or service but are not enthusiastic enough to be considered Promoters. This option includes all values from the picklist of the selected object configuration, and you can choose multiple values as Passive. | ||
Promoters | Respondents categorized as Promoters are highly satisfied and enthusiastic about the product or service. This option includes all values from the picklist of the selected object configuration, and you can choose multiple values as Promoters. | ||
Response Reason | This is a multi-select picklist field containing values corresponding to Detractors, Passives, and Promoters. By selecting these values, you can display the relevant response reasons associated with each category. | ||
