Label

A user-friendly name for the storage profile being set up, used for easy identification within the application.

Name

A unique identifier for the storage profile to ensure it is recognized uniquely throughout the org.

Account Name/ Client IdThe identifier associated with an application that facilitates client/server OAuth 2.0 authentication, ensuring secure identity verification with the Azure server

Provide the account name of the container where you want to store the files/attachments.

Secret KeyA

secure, password-like secret used to sign requests to Azure, ensuring authenticated accessProvide the secret key of your container associated with your account.

Bucket/ Container

  • A bucket is a container that stores objects and tables.

  • Buckets are similar to file folders, but Azure stores data as objects, not files. 

    Provide the name of your container where you want to store the files.

    Active

    Specifies whether the storage profile is active and available for use.

    Note: If kept unchecked, user can not use the specific storage profile.

    Maintain Versioning

    Indicates whether file versioning should be maintained for uploaded attachments.

    Note: If kept left unchecked, user can not have file versioning for attachments uploadedusers will not be able to upload and maintain multiple versions of files for attachments.
