Overview
The Bulk Notify action serves the purpose of sending notifications to a large group of recipients simultaneously.
This action is highly efficient for workflows that need to broadcast the same information or update to multiple users or groups at once.
Instead of generating and sending individual notifications, this action consolidates the message and delivers it in bulk, saving time and system resources.

User | You can also select fields from the current logged-in user in your organization to include in the merge. infoNote: The User source refers to the currently logged-in user in your organization. This means that if you include the First Name field from the user, each time a different user logs in, they will see their own First Name displayed. |
