As shown in the above image you can see the list of all PWR products along with their installed version and the latest version of PWR Products with the required commons version to run the applications and status.

Status:

  1. Install Now: The Install Now button is used to install the PWR Product in your Salesforce instance. Only when you have installed the required version of Commons in your Salesforce

As shown in the above image, you can see the Install Now button enabled for "PWR Forms"appears for ”PWR Rollups” because the required version of Commons for PWR Forms is 1.9 11 and you have the 1.9 11 version of Commons installed in your Salesforce instance, and the Latest Version of PWR Forms Rollups is 12.45, so when you click on the Install Now button, you will be able to install the latest version of PWR Forms and the Rollups and once installation completed then Install Now button will be disabled removed and the Status will appear as "No Upgrade Required" as shown in below figure.

2. Upgrade PWR Commons and then Application Package: For PWR ComponentsRollups, you can see that the Upgrade Now button is enabled appears because the required version of PWR Commons is 21.0 11, and you have the 1.9 10 version installed in your Salesforce instance , and then only you can only upgrade PWR

Components, which have the latest version, until the Status will be appear as "Upgrade PWR

Rollups when PWR Commons has an upgraded version which is 1.11, after upgradation completed Status will appear as ”Upgrade PWR Commons and then Application Package"”.

But after After the upgradation of the Required Commons, the Upgrade Now button will be enabled appear for the Installed Version installed version of PWR ComponentsRollups, and after successfully upgrading the Installed Versioninstalled version with the Latest Version latest version of PWR ComponentsRollups, the status will appear as "No ”No Upgrade Required"Required”

3. Upgrade Required: The Upgrade Now button lets you upgrade the PWR Products to the latest version of the latest version that is publicly available As as shown in the below image, the Upgrade Now button is enabled for "PWR Commons" because The ”Forms” because the latest version of PWR Commons Forms is 2.0;the installed version is 1.9, so that 1.4. After Upgrading to the latest version 1.4 status will appear as "”No Upgrade Required"Required”

4. No Upgrade Required: No Upgrade Required status tells you that you have installed the latest a version of the PWR Product product along with the latest or the above-required version commons is installed in your Salesforce instance as shown in the below image As . Now you can see , in the PWR Rollups Product the required version of Commons is 1.911, and we have the installed version of 1.911, the latest version of PWR Rollup is 2.35, and the installed version is 2.35, which means you have already installed updated versions so the status will appear as "No Upgrade Required"

5. Not Upgradable: Not Upgradable status tells you that the package or the application is not upgradable because when the latest version of a particular Product is available, older than the the installed version, that may happen because of some technical issue; in that case, that status will appear as”Not Upgradable”

As shown in the above image, latest version of the PWR Forms is older than the installed version, so the status appears as ”Not Upgradable”.
