New

The New List View button allows users to create a new list view from scratch.

Clone

The Clone button allows users to create a duplicate of an existing list view.

Rename

The Rename button allows users to change the name of an existing list view.

Display Fields

The Display Fields option lets users choose which fields to be shown in the list view.

Search Fields

The Search Field allows users to enter keywords to find specific items or entries within the list view.

Filter Fields

Select the field you want to apply the filter to in the list view and click save.

UI Fields

Using UI fields the user can display the fields in the List View on the home page, after creating any UI Field. All those UI fields are visible in the Display Fields.

Filter

The Filter Field lets users specify criteria to narrow down the list view based on certain conditions.

Delete

The Delete button allows users to remove an existing list view or item from the application.

Config

The Config button provides access to configuration settings for customizing the list view.

Sharing Setting

The Sharing Settings allow you to control access to the list view with the following options:

• Only Me: Accessible only to the current user.

• Public: Accessible to all users.

• Specific (User and Profile): Accessible to selected users or profiles.

Variables

Here, users can configure a new variable for use in their settings or filter conditions.
