Design: Customize the list view by adding display fields, applying filters, and configuring custom actions to tailor the data presentation.
Edit: Modify existing list view details, such as the label or configuration sharing settings, to update or refine the view visibility of list view record as needed.
Delete: Remove an existing list view from the system, permanently deleting it.
Publish: Make the list view available for use by publishing it, allowing it to be accessed by end-users within your Salesforce environment.
Note:
To add the list view to the desired Lightning page, you first need to click Publish to publish the list view. Once published, the list view can be added to the selected Lightning page.

Once published, list view can not be deleted using row actions. If you want to forcefully delete the list view, please refer the steps here.
The List View Manager's List View provides the following information:
Column Name | Description |

Label | Displays the name of the list view. |
Name | Shows the unique API name associated with the list view. Note: This field cannot be edited. |
Sharing Setting | Displays sharing if the list view the shared with everyone (Public) or with self (Me) etcor Specific User or Profiles. |
Object | Display the Object associated with the list view. |
Created By | Shows the date and time when the layout was created. |
Created On | Displays the name of the user who last modified the layout. |
Last Modified by | Displays the name of the user who last modified the layout. |
Last Modified On | Shows the date and time when the last modifications were made. |
