Open noKodr app from App LauncherStart by creating a layout.
From Setup page select New button and

Open created layout, and select Events from building blocks at left side to configure the event.
Note: If you have created Record Layout, you will have some predefined events which will be immutable in nature. We can see SaveRecord, Criteria : 1, Cancel and SaveAndNewRecord as events.
