Size

Here users can select the size of the icon. size can be:

  • X Small

  • Small

  • Medium

  • Large

Alignment

Here users can set alignment for the button group in 3 locations namely:

  1. Center

  2. Left

  3. Right

You can set the padding location for components (e.g., 'around,' 'left') to create space around them. After setting the location, you can adjust the padding size accordingly.

Here user can select a value source for category, from the values sources, namely:

  1. Static: This field is fixed, simply manually enter the values.

  2. Record Field: Use values from fields in Salesforce records.

Utility

Utility icons are simple, single-color glyphs that identify labels and actions across form factors.

Doctype

Doctype icons represent document file formats.

Standard

Standard Object icons represent Salesforce entities and objects (e.g., Accounts, Leads, Cases, etc.)

Custom

Custom Object icons represent Salesforce entities and objects.

Action

Action icons are for use with quick actions on touch-screen devices.

Name

Name Attribute is the text displayed on the button.

Here user can simply select the desired icon.

Visible

Allows users to decide visibility of icon depending on criteria they choose from dropdown, namely:

  1. Always: Icon is always visible.

  2. Never: Icon is never visible.

  3. Conditional: Icon is conditionally visible, depending on Evaluation criteria.

Read Only

Allows users to decide read only ability of icon depending on criteria they choose from dropdown, namely:

  1. Always: Icon is always disabled.

  2. Never: Icon is never disabled.

  3. Conditional: Icon is conditionally disabled, depending on Evaluation criteria.

  • The Filter Criteria feature allows you to sort and refine the data in the config object records based on specific conditions. You can apply different types of filtering criteria to control when the button should be visible or disable:

  • In addition to conditional-based filters, you can also select values from various sources to filter the data.

Filter Condition

Description

All Conditions Met (AND)

This filter displays records that meet all of the specified conditions. For example, if you set two conditions, only records that satisfy both conditions will be shown.

Any Condition Met (OR)

This filter displays records that meet at least one of the specified conditions. For instance, if you set two conditions, records that meet either condition will be shown.

Custom Logic:

This option allows you to create complex filters by combining the above two conditions. You can define custom logic to include a combination of AND and OR conditions to fine-tune the data displayed in the related list.
