Add Node: This option lets you add new nodes, which can be linked to either a layout or a list view.

Actions:
Refresh: Refreshes the designer to ensure you see the most recent saved changes.
Preview: Lets you preview your application directly from the designer. This helps you visualize how your application will appear on other Lightning pages.
Save: Saves all changes made to your application in the designer.
Back: Takes you back to the Application Manager, where you initially began building your application.
