A license will define feature name, feature type, feature scope, reset frequency, users, remaining users, allowed, used, remaining user and reset date, etc
The license will help us to maintain the usage of a feature.
When subscribers install a product 3 license gets created on 3 instances namely one on the subscriber instance, one on the publisher instance, and one on the super instance.
